Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage monthly closing process and creating accounting monthly report regarding company financial statement to be submit to Head of Finance, Accounting & Tax.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• Required skill(s): Accounting and financial analysis, MS Excel and MS Power-point.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field & 5 year(s) of working experience in similar responsibility.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in handling external auditing process.
• Experience with Public Accountant Firm (preferred).
• Experience in Financing Industries (preferred).
• Have strong supervisory skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Have high ability to comply with tight deadline.
• Have mature personality.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Analyze and compile annual report from all department regarding company performance to be submit to Board of Directors

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Engineering (Industrial / Statistics) or equivalent

• Required skill(s): MS Excel and Accounting
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in multi-finance company
• Experience in handling external auditing process
• Experience in Financing Industries (preffered)
• Have strong analytical skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Have high abilty to comply with tight deadline

Head of Learning & Development

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic activities in translating the company vision, mission and value in various areas of Learning & Development, Organization Development, Recruitment, Performance Management, Promotion, and Talent Management.
• Facilitate job analysis and evaluation to ensure organization’s function, role and structure are appropriate with the company needs.
• Develop Talent Management program such as Individual Development Program , career plan and succession planning, as a follow up of Performance Management System.
• Accountable for Performance Management System to ensure employees performance target is in line with company objective.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): Organization Management, Training, Employee Compensation & Benefit, Employee Development, Competency Management, Corporate Culture.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having experience as a change agent.
• Preferably come from similar industry or banking.
• Preferably Senior Manager / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
